The Generative Organization: Leading with AI Without Losing the Human
Bryan Cassady
Description

Most companies are experimenting with AI but are not getting real results. The problem is not the tools. It is the lack of systems.
This session introduces the Generative Organization framework. A simple, practical operating system where humans and AI work as teammates to improve clarity, speed, and the quality of decisions. Participants learn how to set a clear TRUE NORTH, work with AI through the SPARKS process, and run short 30–60–90 day cycles that turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

As a secondary benefit, effective AI use reduces wasted compute and unnecessary data-center load. When teams stop generating noise, hallucinations, and repeated work, they save time, energy, and environmental footprint. Better systems mean fewer useless cycles.

But the focus of the session remains: clear leadership, better results, and practical human + AI collaboration.
