Through the work of Ocean Rescue Alliance International (ORAI) and Coastal Resilience Solutions (CRS), marine scientist Dr. Shelby Thomas highlights how art-inspired reef installations, scalable restoration technologies, and nature-based coastal infrastructure can rebuild marine ecosystems while supporting resilient coastal communities.
