Will Grant is the Director of Climate Action and Strategy at the Pachamama Alliance. He leads their international training system for climate action, whose graduates have launched 150 climate solution projects in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and 25 states in the US. He also develops networks of leaders in a broad array of fields - from indigenous leaders to economists to permaculturalists to CEOS and scientists - to map the Metacrisis and find leverage points for systemic change. 
He has a thirty year career at the intersection of personal, interpersonal, organizational and systemic change, with work in government, corporations, tech, social movements, and education. His work includes being the organizational development lead for the global governance team at Consensys, an international block-chain firm;  Executive Director of a statewide non-profit in New Mexico;  and legislative liaison for the New Mexico Adult Education system. In addition to his current work at Pachamama Alliance, he is a facilitator and curriculum developer for YES, an international network of facilitators who lead transformational leadership retreats in 7 countries.
