I’m an inherent doer, self starter & master facilitator. I love lists. I skipped a grade in middle school, went to college while I was in high school, and left home at 17 to pay my way through undergrad at NYU. I learned from having to do things on my own that I could do anything I wanted to. If you ask me, 'serial entrepreneur' is an understatement. And while I never could have imagined the path, it’s all coming together in a beautiful, messy, unexpected journey. 
While I could make a laundry list of individual skills I’ve amassed over the past two and a half decades, it’s more worthwhile to consider the fact that I’m a poet turned filmmaker turned startup founder and educator, now GMOU of Ellysium Racing— a meandering path for sure. I’m mom to 19 year old racing phenom, Ellis Spiezia, aka The Renegade, and my husband is my visionary co-founder in all of our endeavors. 
Let’s just say that building the bridge as I walk it & the penchant for crafting a killer story sit atop a  mountain of skills gathered along a 20 year career. The greatest of these, however, is acting with authenticity & humility to empower others to leverage their potential. 
The Machine Behind the Mission at Ellysium Racing, I’m building the bridge as I walk it, embracing failure, and GSD. A believer in curiosity and critical thinking, resourcefulness and risk, service and leadership lie at the heart of everything I’m after.
Oh and I used to be Minnie Mouse at DisneyWorld.
I believe agency is the antidote to a VUCA future.
