Brad Tipper is CEO of Grassroots Carbon, a pioneering soil carbon company that partners with ranchers across the United States to improve productivity and profitability while restoring grasslands and delivering high-integrity carbon removal. Under his leadership, Grassroots Carbon has expanded to more than 2.3 million acres across 22 states and distributed over $40 million to ranchers in the past four years. Previously, Brad served as CEO of Prospect Farms for four years. He began his career in private equity at MidOcean Partners, Och-Ziff Capital, and Maximalist Ventures before leaving finance in 2018 to focus on regenerative agriculture and nature-based climate solutions.
