Ms. Donaldson is strategic legal and business leader with over 25 years of private and public sector executive experience, including 13 years as a partner in international and national law firms, presidentially appointed and senate confirmed Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Energy, large state agency general counsel, and federal prosecution experience- all with a focus on energy, environmental, utilities, defense contracting and highly regulated industries. Repeatedly recognized for demonstrated excellence while successfully navigating complex legal frameworks, mitigating compliance risks, driving high-impact strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration. Ms. Donaldson holds a Top-Secret security clearance (investigation current) and is pursuing her LLM in Law and Technology at Georgetown University.  Ms. Donaldson is currently the Director of the Energy, Environment and Land Use program at the Vanderbilt University Law School.
