Allison is Chief Operating Officer at Keep America Beautiful, where she leads strategy and operations to drive national environmental impact through programs, partnerships, and community engagement. With more than 17 years of experience, she previously led corporate social responsibility initiatives at AT&T, including The Achievery and It Can Wait, and oversaw an employee giving program that generated $100 million for over 25k nonprofits. Allison began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras and now lives in New York’s Finger Lakes region with her family.
