Ryan Spicer is Director of Environmental Impact at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), where he leads transformative sustainability initiatives aligned with the company’s Drink Well. Do Good. platform. Since joining KDP in 2022, Ryan has focused on reducing environmental impacts and restoring resources to support a regenerative, circular economy. 
Previously, he held sustainability roles at PepsiCo and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, driving low-carbon solutions including renewable fuels, utility-scale renewable electricity, and fleet electrification. 
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University, as well as a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Policy from the University of Texas at Arlington.
