Speaker Bio
Chelsea Boyle is a climate-tech founder working at the intersection of industrial decarbonization, energy transition, and advanced materials. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forge Industries, where she is focused on converting global waste streams into high-performance sustainable fuels for cement, steel, and other hard-to-abate industrial sectors—foundational industries for global infrastructure and economic growth. Forge's drop-in replacement fuels are 50% cheaper, 80% cleaner, and 130% the heat value of coal.
Prior to founding Forge, Chelsea held leadership roles in AI-driven startups, leading product delivery and strategic innovation teams focused on enterprise-scale implementation and AI platform design. She also co-founded Matter Coating, an antimicrobial materials company advancing sustainable packaging solutions for global commerce.
Chelsea began her career at Deloitte, advising Fortune 500 clients on mergers and acquisitions, op model design, logistics, large-scale technology adoption, and global change strategy.
She holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas, with a concentration in commercializing clean technologies, and graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in sustainable economic development, linguistics, and international affairs.
Across her work now, Chelsea is driven by a singular thesis: the next industrial era will be defined by innovators bold enough to build in the hardest sectors—where the scale of the problem is the opportunity, and hidden in today’s mess are the systems that must be rebuilt and scaled fast enough to matter.
