John Dabbar is an accomplished oil and gas executive whose career spans more than four decades across upstream, midstream, marine, and power markets in the United States and internationally. He currently serves as Executive Director of the National Petroleum Council in Washington, D.C., a federal advisory committee to the U.S. Secretary of Energy, where he leads a team supporting council members from every segment of the oil and gas value chain and serves as a primary liaison with senior leadership at the Department of Energy and across the Executive and Legislative branches.
