At Overlay, Elizabeth invests in companies and platforms that are turning overlooked systems, including waste, infrastructure, and legacy industrial processes, into scalable sources of domestic supply. She has backed businesses across recycling infrastructure, advanced materials, and industrial technologies, including AMP Robotics, Sortera, and Molg.
Elizabeth holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and is particularly focused on how technology can unlock more efficient, resilient, and economically viable systems.
