Jud Hill serves as a Senior Operating Advisor to I Squared Capital based in Miami, primarily focused on the environmental and the water infrastructure sector. Jud also serves on the Board of Directors Silvertip Resources (water rights and conveyance) and VLS Environmental.
Jud has over 45 years of experience as an operating executive and private equity investor across the water resources, environmental services, circular economy and sustainability sectors. As a private equity investor, he has served as a Managing Director with the Texas Pacific Group, Summit Global Water and NGP Energy Capital Management (the Carlyle Group) 
Prior to his time as a private equity investor, Jud started an environmental services firm which he subsequently took public followed by serving a Managing Director with HSBC Investment Bank where he oversaw the firm’s Water and Industrial Services Investment Banking practice. Earlier in his career, he served in executive management positions with Atlantic Richfield and Westinghouse Environmental Services. 
Jud received a B.S. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from theUniversity of Pittsburgh. He also serves on the board of the Ocean Exchange and is a Trustee of the WaterKeeper Alliance.
