Chris McBay currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Braya Renewable Fuels, one of the largest independent renewable diesel producers in the world. Chris oversees all legal, regulatory, and governmental affairs efforts at Braya and has approximately 20 years of experience with a focus on energy and transactions. Prior to joining Braya, Chris served as Deputy General Counsel for the Ray L. Hunt family of companies. Chris began his career as a corporate transactional attorney at Baker Botts LLP.
