Matthew has over 27 years broad commercial and strategy experience focused on identifying, understanding, and developing solutions to address problems within organizations as well as for customers and manufacturers. Matthew has worked internationally for Financial Services and Technology companies and is a proven leader and negotiator with strong relationship, management, and analytical skills. With experience working in a variety of companies from start-ups to large public and private firms, Matthew is in his 21st year at DLL, a leading international equipment finance company. Matthew is responsible globally for Commercial Sustainability and Circularity Solutions. This builds upon Matthew’s previous experience in international commercial roles, leading business/technology transformations, and developing and delivering Pay-per-use solutions. Matthew has an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College. Matthew has also completed continuing education in ESG Leadership at the Cambridge Judge School of Business. Matthew is married with two daughters (18 and 14) and lives outside of Philadelphia in the USA.
