Shawna Wilson is a seasoned executive with an extensive background at PepsiCo FoodsNorth America (PFNA), the snack food division of PepsiCo, where she most recentlyled thee Global Business Services group. Throughout her tenure, she held a series of high-impact leadership roles, including VP of Frito-Lay's Commercialization & Sales Strategy Team, VP of the $1.1 Billion Northeast Sales Region, and leader of PepsiCo's Global Strategic Risk Management group—an enterprise-wide function focused on identifying and mitigating risks to the company's shareholder value objectives.
Shawna's career spans a broad range of disciplines, including Sales, Operations, and Finance. As Region VP of Finance, she oversaw P&L management, sales growth, and go-to-market strategy for Frito-Lay's largest sales region. As Director of Capital and Capacity Planning, she directed strategic production line development, new plant siting, economic analysis of potential snack food innovations, and coordination of major capital investment decisions. 
She holds a BS in Transportation Logistics and Marketing from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She is also pursuing a Fellowship in Social Impact at Harvard University. 
Deeply committed to community impact, Shawna currently serves on the Board of Directors for Restorative Farms, a Dallas-based sustainable, community-driven urban farming network. She has also served on the boards of the Texas and New York Women's Foundation, the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Young Leaders Council, and The Daily Table, a Boston-based nonprofit dedicated to food justice.
