Rosaerlinda Mendez is a Climate Coordinator with the City of Dallas Office of Environmental Quality and Sustainability. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geoscience and a Master of Science in Energy, both from Texas A&M University.
Rosaerlinda has served the City of Dallas in multiple departments, including Dallas Water Utilities and the Office of Environmental Quality and Sustainability. For the past three years, she has been a key member of the Comprehensive Environmental and Climate Action Plan, or CECAP, team, helping drive initiatives that address climate challenges and advance sustainability efforts across Dallas.
