I teach environmental studies through the lens of political theory. My goal is to inspire my students to engage in critical thinking and actively participate in civic life. Over the past 10 years, I’ve taught environmental politics, political theory, and philosophy at public, private, and community colleges. I also have practical experience in drafting and advocating for public policy, working with different organizations to develop policy solutions and participate in strategic engagement with stakeholders and elected representatives. In addition to my current teaching responsibilities, I am also the coordinator for the Environmental Studies minor at UTD.
