Meredith McCall is a professional engineer in the state of Texas (TX No. 105081) and Oklahoma (OK No. 34994) specializing in water supply, potable water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment, and collection. She has over 20 years of experience across the state in planning small to large water supply projects and regional water planning. She graduated from the Environmental Engineering Program at Texas Tech University with a Master of Environmental Engineering. Some of the agencies she has worked with include Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority, Alliance Regional Water, North Texas Municipal Water District, City of Houston Northeast Water System, Dallas Water Utilities, Austin Water, City of Lubbock, and many other cities throughout the state and municipal utility districts. She serves on the executive board at the local level of Texas Section of American Water Works Association (TAWWA) for the North Central Texas Chapter and serves on Small Water Systems on the State-wide Committee for TAWWA. She is also involved with WEAT Water Environment Association of Texas and the North Texas Section of Ladies in Land.
She is also the daughter of Walter and Deborah McCullough of Irion County. She lives in Dallas Texas with her husband Harvey McCall and her two girls. She is a seventh generation Texan, a ninth-generation American and a Daughter of the American Revolution. Her ancestors and patriots were fighters in the American Revolution and the Texas Revolution in the Battle of Medina. She is a past president of the Lake Highlands Area Early Childhood Parent Teacher Association and serves in her church at Park Cities Baptist in North Dallas.
She is also the daughter of Walter and Deborah McCullough of Irion County. She lives in Dallas Texas with her husband Harvey McCall and her two girls.
