Jack Karlin has served as Executive Director of Turfgrass Water Conservation Alliance (TWCA) since 2014. Focusing on the intersection of development and livability in the built environment he participates in numerous review, policy, and advisory committees nationwide. He earned his Bachelor of Environmental Science from Oregon State University specializing in water science and policy. He is also a Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL), a proud teacher’s husband, father of two boys and a small menagerie.
