Jennifer Wichmann has worked for the City of Arlington since September 2003.
While with the City of Arlington, she has held roles in the Mayor and Council Office, Office of Management and Budget and Administrative Services. Prior to coming to the City of Arlington, Jennifer worked for Texas State Senator Royce West, focusing on issues such as economic development and housing.
Currently, Jennifer serves the City of Arlington as a deputy city manager. In this capacity she works with several departments including the Police, Transportation, Parks, Recreation and Culture, Economic Development Services, Municipal Court, and the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation.
Jennifer received a dual master’s in social work and public administration from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1999. Her undergraduate degree is from Rutgers University.
