Dan is the CEO of the Green Impact Exchange (GIX), which is building the stock exchange for the next generation economy — supporting the transformation of public companies and industrial sectors that are powering the sustainable transition with a purpose-built venue for growth-oriented small- and mid-cap companies. Launching at the end of 2026, GIX is a registered national securities exchange that offers primary and dual listings for public companies, indices, market data, and new equity-based products such as tokenized securities and real-world asset structures. Before co-founding and leading GIX, Dan supervised regulatory policy for the NYSE family of exchanges, where he led the Office of General Counsel at NYSE Regulation. He has also been the Independent Regulatory Auditor for Nasdaq BX and several broker dealers in connection with SEC and FINRA enforcement actions.
