Neoterra’s mandate is to strengthen U.S. and allied national security by restoring resilient, Western-aligned supply chains across materials and energy systems essential to defense, industrial competitiveness, and advanced technology. Carl has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, having led or co-led more than 50 corporate transactions across four continents. His experience spans mining and critical minerals, oil and gas, renewable energy, materials, water, waste, food systems, and technology, with a particular emphasis on complex, capital-intensive projects requiring deep technical, geopolitical, and regulatory insight.
