Ricky McWhorter is an environmental sustainability professional and humanitarian with over 35 years of experience in water and wastewater management. He serves as Vice President of Sustainability and Environment at ENERSOLV Corp and Executive Director of Water for West Africa, where he leads initiatives advancing clean water access and community development across West Africa. Ricky spent 26 years with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management, contributing to environmental compliance, EPA audits, and the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill response. His work has taken him internationally, and he has been invited to speak at global forums, including the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (COP16) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
